Discovery Meeting.
Initial Brand Concepts that include Colour Logos, Type Samples and Colour Samples.
At least 1 round of revisions.
Brand Guidelines Document.
Final Logos in colour, in black and in white in both vector (.eps) and raster (.png) formats.

With Loon in the Mist Creative, the length of the project mostly depends on the responsiveness of our clients.
With that said the quickest turnaround for a brand is about a month before requiring express fees. We have worked on projects taking up to a year and we would rather not have projects take longer than that.
If the project is inactive for more than 6 months we may charge restart fee as outlined in our proposals.

For branding projects, typically we ask for:
25% at the time a quote is accepted,
25% upon completion of the initial design before our first review,
25% upon final approval of design,
25% upon delivery of stated final deliverables,
Invoices are all due upon receipt.

Short answer is no. Uploading samples of your brand to AI hands it your brand to use to build artificialy created brands.
We put a lot of effort into creating a brand that is unique for your business. We don’t want our work uploaded to AI to be stolen for other businesses.
Uploading your brand to AI could also harm the unique brand identity that you have worked with us to invest in as pieces of your your identity as a whole could be used in layouts AI creates.
If you want to expand your brand come back and reach out to us, we would be happy to expand a brand, especially if we built it in the first place

At the end of our project, upon payment in full, our clients get fully editable files for future updates.
Assuming your project is paid in full, our clients own unlimited rights to any of the final products we provide to make any necessary updates. These rights exclude the use of AI to make any changes or expansions to the brand identity we create.
Loon in the Mist Creative retains the right to showcase projects for promotional purposes, including but not limited to on our website, social media and award entries.
